Ultomiris lasts longer - 8 weeks instead of soliris 4. They work by binding to and stopping the c5 complement protein. You will feel better than on Vyvgart.

Thanks for your reply. Is Ultomiris supposed to be better than Soliris? Does it work differently?

There are other infusions. Ultomiris infusions work differently than what you have tried. And you only have to take it every 8 weeks. Soliris is its predecessor and was taken as a monthly infusion.

And one of the most basic medicines is prednisone. But if you can avoid it, it is good as it prednisone has many side effects.

I'm refractory. IVIG, plasmapherisis, Mestinon don't work. Had one shot of Rituximab without significant results, before Vyvgart. Not a happy camper.
