I have no way to know what your exact issue could be but wanted to share a similar problem/solution that I had. I had one foot that had a lot of pain for several months but didn’t know why. I went to my first podiatrist appointment and found out that I needed to start wearing a certain type of shoe insert, and change the type of shoes that I had been wearing. It took 2-3 months of making this change to feel the difference but it did stop my foot pain. I was glad to know that it was a problem that could be “fixed”, and wasn’t part of MG. So if you haven’t yet, maybe ask about a podiatrist appointment to see if they think it’s in anyway connected to the way you walk or the way your feet are structured currently.

I get the same cramps, almost exclusively at night. I'm pretty sure they are MG related.
