What Is A Good Thing To Use To Keep Your Bowels Regulated I Understand That This Condition Can Cause Constipation?
@A MGteam Member I had a sigmoid colon resection in May 2017 due to severe diverticulitis, so I can relate. Once I had the surgery, the diverticulitis symptoms went away, and I've not had a flare up since. I was just diagnosed in the fall last year with MG, and I'm so glad the two diseases never crossed paths! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers 🙏
Oh I gotcha on this on. My surgeon stated that we all should be taking Miralax I put it in my coffee in morning. Pulse I take a stool softener 1 x a day then fiber gummies at night. I had colon reconstruction surgery. So this all seems like a lot but really it not. Easy bowel movement.
For managing constipation with myasthenia gravis, consider the following tips:
1. High-Fiber Foods: Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes in your diet
2. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
3. Regular Exercise: Gentle activities like walking can help stimulate bowel movements.
4. Routine: Show Full Answer
Thank you both for responding to my question!
