I get oral thrush so often, I have it more often than I don't. I keep diflican and Nystatin mouth wash at all times. It is frustrating and I have not been able to find a resolution to prevent it from happening so much. Well, that is to say, I've only found one thing that helps a little. The kind of toothpaste I use. If I use a whitening toothpaste of any kind at all, I will have thrush before the week is out. I have to stick with toothpaste that is on the weaker end , not super strong blends with lots of extra stuff. I try to stick with regular Colgate total or a sensitive paste like sensodyne. I'm about to switch over to something more natural like Tom's to see if that helps further.
