I have never used 5 hours energy drink but, once in a while I drink half RedBull and it helps me a little bit. (Not recommended, this is just my opinion). Have a nice day everyone.
Ohh ... my wife drinks the other half 😋.

I’ve never had any of the energy drinks and usually advise people to avoid them. I Worked in a family medical practice and quite a few people came in with negative reactions from them. Panic attacks to feeling of heart trouble. Caution Dr advise only.

I love coffee. Caffeinated of course. I had to reduce to one cup in the am because of palpitations and an increase in BP. 5 hr energy has a ton of caffeine. I tried it years ago before I was diagnosed and it made me crazy.

I’ve never had any high caffeine energy drinks because of my HBP. Some people I know have stopped using them because it made them so jittery.
