My Neurologist Would Like For Me To Up My Protein Intake. What Are Foods That Are In Your Daily Diet For Protein?
My Neurologist says the same. I drink a protein drink every morning. I like cheese and meat as a sandwich. I like yogurt and cottage cheese. Being a guy most protein is preferred. Peanut butter and eggs are also on the menu.
