My Neurologist says the same. I drink a protein drink every morning. I like cheese and meat as a sandwich. I like yogurt and cottage cheese. Being a guy most protein is preferred. Peanut butter and eggs are also on the menu.
Now I have made myself hungry.

I eat a lot of cheese. (I'm especially fond of British cheddars.) Some sort of nest or fish for dinner. And the occasional egg dish.
