Hello Again Robin:
As do most of the MG sufferers, fatigue is a daily problem. For me, I drink 3 or 4 cups of coffee daily, sometimes with a bit of honey added. I also use 5-hr energy supplement one or so a week. I add half a bottle to 6 or 8 cups of water, then drink the water all day long. I also drink a protein drink or such a few times per week. Keeping physically active also helps. When I feel sleepy during the day, instead of sitting or laying down, I move around or walk outside or do some light chores to get the blood moving. It seems to work for me.
Cheers, Bill Z

Medications:
- Mestinon (Pyridostigmine): This cholinesterase inhibitor can help improve muscle strength and reduce fatigue.

Lifestyle Changes:
- Regular Physical Activity: Engage in safe exercises to improve muscle strength and overall fitness. Always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise plan.
- Balanced Diet: Eat smaller, more frequent meals and choose foods that are easy to chew and swallow.
- Rest Periods: Schedule regular breaks throughout the day to avoid overexertion.

Additional Tips:
- Eye Patch: For those with ocular myasthenia gravis, using an eye patch can help reduce eye strain and improve double vision.
- Hydration: Stay well-hydrated to help manage overall energy levels.

Always consult your healthcare provider to tailor these options to your specific needs.
