Thank you for all the ideas everyone......I've tried this concoction of things and for 2 days now, it's been better. I've actually slept through the night....Camphor gel to the back of my calves, 1 magnesium glycinate capsule, chia beans 2 teaspoons full mixed with yogurt and an extended release Mestinon about an hour before bedtime.....about the chia beans, got this recommendation from a doctor I work with.... The beans need to covered with water for 24 hours to soften before I mix with my yogurt......

Yes dill pickle juice just the juice will help it's a dehydration but I read where magnesium increases the mg effects like cramping tiredness exhaustion but I'll go to the doctor tomorrow and I'll ask him about that because my potassium is very low as well and I have my fingers when you cut meat or whatever my fingers like stick and then they cramp so I know it's a low potassium I've tried Gatorade and all that crap and it doesn't work but yes if you can stand deal pickle juice try to drink a little bit of it just straight drink it don't mix it don't dilute it anything. Hope this helps
