I Want To Know If Anyone Else Has Leg Cramps Every Night And Most Days. They Get So Bad I Can't Even Walk.

Hi Glenda! I usually only have leg cramps at night, but they can definitely be pretty bad. I keep potassium tablets on hand and use that when they're really bad. My neurologist has told me that it's okay to take an extra Pyridostigmine when that happens, so I sometimes do that, too. You might want to ask your doctor about that... probably shouldn't do it unless your doc okays it.

I like Jerrie's advise about pickle juice and bananas! I can't tell that bananas make much difference for me, but I also have low sodium and am thinking that pickle juice should be good for that, as well.

I drink pickle juice at night before going to sleep, along with eating a banana. It helps with the night leg cramps šŸ˜«
There is always a jug of this in my fridge!
