Theraworx foam and roll on for me as well. If you put some on before bed, it most often stops cramps from happening at night.

I have tried the pickle juice as well and it does help. I cannot take Magnesium as it really makes me sick. Pickle juice is an old time remedy.

Oh my goodness! For sure that would stop leg cramps after I finished gagging for 30 minutes!! Never heard of that one in my 85 years on this rock!
