I never avoid crowds, I go to movies, dine out etc.

I'm an introvert with excellent group skills. Since My gMG I've given into my introvert side and spend little time in public. I still spend hours a week on the phone, messenger and text to all my friends and family. My only med for gMG is azathioprine and I'm starting Vyvgart infusions on the 22nd. Before gMG I worked at home for 12 years as a database programmer. My wife passed away in 2015 and two years later my gMG started so dating has been something I haven't done and don't really have an urge to scratch. I have two very close female friends and we spend lots of time on social media and the phone. I don't feel isolated or lonely but that's just me. Recently I've started two new hobbies, beekeeping and guitar kit building. Life is good and is getting better after dealing with so many medical issues for seven years.

I'm taking the same stuff you are and no one has told me anything like that. i have only been told to keep all my vaccinations.up to date. I don't think I could exist by becoming a hermit. I have had MG for a number of years now and don't catch anything at any a higher rate than I ever did years ago. You have to do what you feel is best for you.

My neuromuscular team has not told me to avoid going out in public, but to be cautious when I am out. I try to avoid tight groups of people. I wear a mask to protect myself.

I agree with Robert. Get on the right meds, so you can on living.
