Has Anyone Had Knee Or Hip Replacement? Did It Require Plamapharesis?

My husband has had some medical problems but is told he cannot be put to sleep,

I've had both knees,both ankles,my right hip replaced.The right knee had plamapharesis .But along with everything else including 2 plates and 4 screws holding each foot together and a previous spinal surgery,3 bouts of stomach cancer which lead to a total gastrectomy and the removal of my gall bladder with newmorous lung infections and pneumonia's it all kind of blurred into each other and now I'm about 5 months into the Myasthenia Gravis. I hope this can help
