Oh, boy can I relate to your problem! I know that about 1 1/2 hours after I take the medication, I better be near a restroom.

I think some of these suggestions might help. There are some I already do, but not all.

I take a probiotic. 50 million and a broad base. Haven’t had any while on Mastenon and Imuran.

I haven't really had the runs. It seems like I go more frequently than before MG. I am taking two iron pills a day which tends to cause the opposite result. I am a firm believer in taking Metamucil. It has psyllium fiber in it and aids in regularity. Hope you can get this under control.

It looks like you are getting some good advice. On the positive side, you know it's the medication that is causing it, so you know it's something in the medication and not something you ate, or some bug you've caught. Have you considered taking a probiotic? When I was taking an antibiotic for an infection, my doctor told me to get Florastor. It seemed to do a good job, I had no issues. They proudly announce on the box that it works even when you are taking antibiotics. You might see if your doctor likes the idea. You can get it over the counter at any drugstore, or at Amazon. Not sure you got my reply, so will say again; Doc ordered in my drug prescription 1250mg of Tums, which is Calcium Carbonate. It worked well with relieving Diarra.
