Thanks Micheline. May i ask how much huperzine do you take. Every day or do you take breaks from it? Im taking a couple days off to see if i feel a difference without it. And yes i do! My muscles feel so much more worn out without it. I take 200 mcg a day in the morn. Usually is worn off by evening time but at least i have a bit of strength in the morning. I learned not to take it at night. Its known to act a little like caffeine and it did bother my sleep.

I usually take 100mg in the morning and 200mg after lunch (1 to 2pm), half a Mestinon before bed and upon waking. Plus 7Mg of prednisone that I'm trying to phase out; I was at 60mg during my crisis! Not sure if you received my 2nd message, I was saying that Life Extension has an interesting article on MG.

I've used choline, I'm sure it's helpful but I can't tell the effects like Huperzine A, which is better than Mestinon. Did I tell you about it in my prior message, I can only find the first one.

Go into your search on the internet and ask ‘what is choline’. Its very interesting and looks like it might be a natural supplement that may help us and without side effects. Just wondered if any one was trying it yet. I have been using an herb called huperzine lately and have felt an improved difference in my general fatigue and muscle weakness. Put into search ‘ does huperzine help myasthenia gravis’ interesting what we can learn just by poking around.
