I am glad you have a great Neurologist Sheila. I am very happy with mine as well. I hope you have a great evening.
Thanks for your reply. I have been very careful with all my medications. I am fortunate to have a great neurologist who discovered my MG. I feel that I had MG for at least 2 years before I was diagnosed. The last 6 months before I was diagnosed were difficult. Hope you are doing better.
It has taken 6 years for me to get my diagnosis on MG. During these past 6 years my doctors (Whom I trusted at the time) had me on 3 different Statins. I had severe side effects with each one, so the physician would put me on different statin. I was so trusting of the medical field, I am not now. I had recurring kidney infections during these six years and was put on Ciprofloxacin several times, again with so severe side effects. I am so thankful I have my current physician, but it has literally left me very very untrusting of most doctors. Thank you MG team for your response above to "root canal" procedure and being ever so careful of the medications being put in our bodies for us that have Myasthenia Gravis.
