My Neurologist will not let me have any med with Magnesium at stearate even OTC and no cold homeapàthic meds either , better safe than sorry❤

I was told by a doctor recently to start taking magnesium citrate. They are not my regular doctor though so I haven't....I'm not sure that this is 100% safe.

My neurologist will not allow anything with magnesium listed in the main ingredients. She will allow me to take on occasion OTC meds/supplements that have magnesium stearate in the inactive ingredients.
