I was having extreme problems with cramping in my legs and sometimes even in my hands early on in my diagnosis. Without telling the person at the natural food store that I had MG, I asked about something for the cramps. Chelated Magnesium was recommended and on and off I would use it, until once whole being admitted the neurologist on call made it very clear that absolutely none should be taken if you have MG. Sometimes I still have the cramps but have never gone back to the magnesium. Since then, other doctors have agreed with this. Glad I learned before I did more harm to myself.

Agreed, No Magnesium. My Dr.has advised me
The only things my health provider told me no minor or major surgerys with anesthetics (be careful) or administation of life vaccines.
Yes, I had been taking magnesium for years. I was told definitely do not take it!
