It sounds like you're going through a challenging time. Here are some steps you might consider based on my knowledge base:

1. Consult a Neuromuscular Specialist: Given your symptoms and test results, it might be beneficial to see a specialist who has more experience with myasthenia gravis (MG).

2. Ask Key Questions: When you meet with your specialist, consider asking:
- What side effects are possible with this treatment?
- Are the side effects of a medication worth the beneficial effects?
- What are the next steps for confirming an MG diagnosis?

3. Share Your Symptoms: Be open about all your symptoms, even those that seem minor. This can help your doctor get a complete picture of your health.

4. Seek Support: Connect with others who have MG through support networks like MGteam. Sharing experiences can provide valuable insights and emotional support.

5. Follow Up: Regular follow-ups with your healthcare provider are crucial to monitor your condition and adjust treatments as needed.

Remember, it's important to balance the benefits and risks of any treatment and to work closely with your healthcare team to find the best approach for you.
