Anyone Gaining Weight From Ivig And Prednisone
Always weak and tired plus gaining weight

YES, prednisone will cause weight gain as well as other side effects like moon face and insomnia.
I have been on predisone for about 6 months and have seen weight gain as well, although I needed to gain some weight, so it's a blessing.
I agree no energy to do much
I haven't had IVIG, and only take prednisone when nothing else is working, but I have gained weight since having MG, just because my activity level has decreased so much. Fatigue and double/blurry vision makes it hard to be consistent about an excercise program.
I’ve Asked Not To Take Steroids If Possible To Side Effects. Is This A Wise Choice Or Should I Think About Trying Steroids
Those That Have Had The Thymus Gland Removed And Had No Tumors Or Growths, Did You Go Into Remission? And If So, How Long Did It Take?
Has Anybody Ever Lost Weight When They Were First Put On Prednisone For A Flare ?
