I found that playing games on my iPad helps. When my husband was having hours of chemo I found this helped me not to get overwhelmed. When I can’t function, I just stop and go on line. Unfortunately, I’m online way too much lately.

Y best solution is to find a quiet dark place and Lu down on my back. Seems to always help.
