My old doc said i was in remission in 2015. I had a crisis in 2022 and my symptoms have progressed dramatically. I have intense left side min migraines. Double vision and droopy eye lids both someday, I fall asleep 3-4xs a day, swallowing is difficult most days, I just eat slower and find foods easy to swallow, pain wakes me at night if I lay on my leftside too long. Check on myasthenia.org under newly diagnosed and then find a support group. Many meet via Zoom so you can join any that meet your time needs. Joining a support group helped me with so many answers. Best of luck.
I'm sorry to hear of the rough time you're having with MG. It sounds so much like my journey when I was first diagnosed 31 years ago. Are you seeing a neuromuscular neurologist? They are more knowledge with MG and the various treatments.
Get in touch with Myasthenia gravis unmasked they may know of a good MD in your area. If not they can give you advice. They have helped me so many times.
