Thanks, I drank petalite and ate a banana before bed and did not get the ankle cramps but a mild leg cramp last night. I will continue that and also drink lots of h2o and see how it goes. I don't have any residual pain after.

I also have leg and ankle cramps. They do not occur each night but a few times per week. I try to drink plenty of water, but it does not always help. I rub on Theraworx foam spray when the cramps wake me up and it most often takes care of the issue.
