Do Prism Glasses Help Double Vision?
I have ocular myasthenia gravis
I’ve always worn prism, I’m prescribed 30 diopters but 10 in a different direction is all of a sudden new. I only got what I was used too but still can’t read. Needing to see a neuroopthomalogist? Not sure on the spelling of that, but I’ve found one in Houston awhile back I think I’ll try again. I wish everyone luck in their journey 😊
Yes, prism glasses can help with double vision caused by ocular myasthenia gravis. They work by aligning the images seen by each eye, reducing the strain caused by misaligned eye movements. However, their effectiveness depends on the severity of your symptoms, so it's best to consult your doctor or ophthalmologist to Show Full Answer
