I have my own philosophy on holiday (any holiday including birthdays). There is no calories, fat or any other bad stuff and you can eat as much as you want. Even cake and other desserts are included. Life is too short and you might as well enjoy some of it since there are so many things you can't enjoy now. Of course I have found that if your mind knows you can have whatever you want, you don't want as much.

I’ve reached a point where I only eat the stuff I REALLY like. No fake chocolate. Almost no milk chocolate (except m n m’s) and while I do like starches, there is a limit. When my stomach is full I stop. I get hiccups so I have a tell.
Holidays are hard because we eat bad stuff, but a little bit is okay I think.

I eat what I want but only in smaller amounts. I have digestive/bowl problems with my MG and as such I am better off eating smaller amounts so I don't have problems.
