I Don't Know If The Mestinon Is Worth The Side Effects That Cause Me Extreme Muscle Spasms In My Hands Feet Legs And Arms & Lack Of Sleep!

This happened to me. Now I take much less than the prescribed dose; I only take it before I have to go out or do something specific, and I never take it in the evening because it does keep me awake. Good luck! šŸ€
