I can't go outside once the temps are above 90°, and as you know in Texas, during the summer months, 90 is considered a cold front! Make sure she has something to hold on to. I use my cane all the time, my rolling walker when out at the store (it has a built in seat) and I always have cool packs with me to place on my neck. They help somewhat, but Texas summers are brutal!
