Should I Take Medication Threw Out The Night ,I Take Pyridostigmine, 30 Mg Every 3 Hours During Waking Hours

My doctor said not to waste it at night… as for a set schedule it’s hard to get a solid answer, my neurologist and another in the er told me take it as needed. I take that as, if I’m gonna be active, going out or chorin’ round the house, I take it… if I’m just being lazy and watching tv or reading then I don’t really bother

Yes, I take minne at 5 am, 1 pm, and 9 pm, religiously.

In my opinion no. Mestinon is fast acting, lasts less than 6 hours. I would want a good night's sleep instead of getting up for Mestinon.
