The Article Says Those With MG Are More Likely To Get Thyroid Dis. I Had Thyroid Issues For 32 Years Prior To My MG Diag. Any Correlation?

32 years ago, diagnosed as hyper thyroid, with no known cause, received radioactive iodine treatment and have been on thyroid medication since. Also, I am a carrier for the onco-gene for Medullary thyroid cancer MEN type IIA. Never been diagnosed with thyroid cancer, but there are more than 25 cases in my close family.
