I've reduced my prednisone from 60 to 10 and 1000 cellcept. I'm about 90% recovered from my MG crisis a year ago. Haven't taken any mestinon in 3 months.

I take 20 MG of Mestinon 4 times a day, 4 hours apart it helps with fatigue. Doctor okayed 40 MG time to time if I know I am going to be expending a lot of energy (like attending a party for example)

I am on 60mg of Mestinon 4x daily and IVIG infusions every 8 weeks.

I’m on 2 to3 mg of prednisone and Vyvgart 4wks on 4wks off but also take Messi on as needed 60 mg tab
