I had to start taking fiber every day for another health problem, and it has actually made the diarrhea much better. I still get occasional stomach cramps but they're not as frequent or as intense as they were.

No... unfortunately they don't ever wear off or stop. The only thing I've found is that your body gets used to your usual dose, and that results in slightly less diarrhea. But it doesn't go away. And anytime you have to up your dose, well, you know it will get a bit worse. Get a script from your doctor for Imodium for that. As far as the other side effects, I've got nothing to offer you on those. It sucks, I know. I did learn that there seems to be several new medications out there...maybe it is possible to find one that works for you and doesn't give you as many side effects?

No pun , sometimes I go to the bathroom 3-7 times a day 3 on a good day , I use to go about every other day what a change❤

Mine haven't and to be fair while I have stronger muscles the foot cramps and the lead cramps are still there even though my Doctor took me down to twice a day 60 mg stay hopeful🥰😎
