I have short term memory lags. Sometimes my mind gets full and there has been times when I get a journal and start writing things down. It seems to help empty my mind and relieve the pressure

I can definitely say yes in my case. I float in and out. It is not constant. Cannot say as I have done anything to address it yet. On my neurologist lis. Glad you asked. I did try over the counter orevagen but little affect. Any better luck for someone
