I was wondering about this as I currently have started Solaris and would like to eventually transition to Ultomiris. Right now we are just trying to get stable again and have a few surgeries to go through so hoping to stay good through it all. Sounds like this might be an option for me once we are back to base line, glad to hear it is working good for you gives me hope that maybe it will work for me as well as Solaris seems to be helping. Thanks for sharing

Progressive weakness of my legs & hip & shoulder girdle as the day wears on, especially in the afternoon oad after light gardening or housework. My thighs have begun to feel weakness and tenderness too. Only take Mestinon 60mg-120mg qid prn.
I took Imuran (Azothiaprine in 2008-14, and developed Nonhodgkins Lymphoma of both lungs and was advised to avoid any other immunologics & biologicals in the future.
I worry about the Progressive damage to my Acetylcholine Recepors without a biological/autoimmune medication for the past 10 years.

Most definitely, if I have to stand for extended time or walk more than normal, my legs turn to rubber.

Mine are but my neurologist says that’s not a symptom of MG. That’s why we’re going to U of L this week for another opinion
