I Just Had A Flare Which Included Double Vision And Blurry, Walking, Swallowing, Slurring Speech Could This Have Been A Flare Caused By Str?
Stress very much affects MG
I'm not a Doctor. If you're unsure about your MG speak to your Doctor. However I do believe that stress can trigger MG, from a long, difficult day to overexerting ourselves in times of fun, or exercise. You need to try to remember what exactly you were doing, or what was happening when your symptoms begin to become noticeably worse. Write it in a journal and talk to your family friends, do a little research to find answers, and then present the journal to your Doctor to find out if your symptoms are in fact avoidable, by limiting yourself when doing certain things at, or around certain times of the day. I'm praying for you and hope that this helps you. God bless
For me that would mean that I did too much that particular day. For example, I love to rake my backyard and bag up the leaves, but afterwards the slurring and numbness in my throat starts up. It is relieved with rest. I hope this helps.
Praying for you and I hope that you have a good Doctor that doesn't just tell you what to do, but also listens to your problems as well. I joined a group that meets twice a month. You should find one that is close to you that you can join in person when they get together. God bless
I think that’s what it was
